You have to put gloss on your lips for it to shine because putting this on your lips on his own will give a matte finish. I'm really happy with my purchase and i'll come back for the other colours too! :)

by Iola P on 11/03/2012 SKIN TYPE: Sensitive/Dry / SKIN TONE: Fair I bought this because lip stain is my go-to everyday product and I'm always looking for the perfect lip stain. I heard good things about this tint and I was not disappointed. Although the packaging is a little inconvenient (not that portable since it is bulky, a little hard to close and the applicator isn't something I'd want to use on the go) this isn't a product that you need to re-apply very often. The staying power isn't as good as the pinky tint or the orange tint but it does last a few hours and I find it less drying than other lip tints I've tried. The colour is very flattering and a little goes a long way, so this will probably last me quite a while. When I put it on my roommate immediately complimented me on the lip colour, saying it looks very fresh and pretty. One issue I have is that it has a very strong rose smell and bitter taste, but this goes away after the initial application and leaves a beautiful stain so it doesn't bother me that much. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a pretty, natural looking stain that doesn't dry out the lips.

I saw it at benefit, but it was very expensive :/ and i wasnt sure if i would like it, coz it seemed very dark. But after receiving this lip tint and trying it today, it was very natural. I was amazed! Didnt realise that it would be so natural ! Im very satisfied on this and would definitely recommend it to my friends that are looking for lip tint and wants something not too expensive ;D First try i sorta stuffed up putting it on the other lip area...the it kinda went out my lip (fail i know), then i tried putting a little bit inside the lip and just rubbing my lips together to get a even finish. It wasnt too complicated :p haha But i really like it, and ive been at uni all day already, and its sitll visible =D Will definitely purchase again when i run out! Thanks liliesshop!
