The colour shown in the picture is almost the same as the actual colour of the lipstick. It's more of a medium rosy pink than red. It's great for a night out or a simple date. It can also be worn as an everyday colour and it lasts quite long through out the day. The one thing that's not so great is how moisturizing it is because my lips get kind of dry after a while. You should apply lip balm before applying this. It applies quite evenly and smoothly, great colour =)
